Meet Dr. Abraham

Headshot 2020

I consider it a privilege to sit with people as they share their stories, and value the particular and unique aspects of each individual I work with. With a spirit of compassion and understanding, I seek to thoughtfully honor the culture, values, community, and identity of each client I encounter, so as to achieve awareness, growth, and healing that is relevant and meaningful.

I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from Fuller Graduate School of Psychology in Pasadena, CA and am a licensed clinical psychologist (PSY26347) in the state of California. I have had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and groups from diverse backgrounds in a variety of settings, including community mental health centers, both public and private university counseling centers, academic support services for university athletes, and private practice. My areas of expertise include: addressing anxiety using mindfulness-informed and cognitive-behavioral techniques; managing and living with adult ADHD; and comprehensive psychological, psycho-educational, and neuropsychological assessment for ADHD, learning difficulties, and other academic and work related challenges. In my practice, I celebrate, honor, and affirm the LGBTQI+ community. I have also received training in the integration of spirituality and psychology and welcome individuals of all faith backgrounds who seek to explore the role of religion and/or spirituality in their lives.
